Sometimes it takes all the energy we have just to ‘get through’ one moment and find the next. Sometimes surviving the holidays means moving from the bed to the couch and back again, or forcing yourself to stand in a hot shower, or bingeing on netflix and putting your phone on do-not-disturb.

You are Enough. Totally enough.
Through her vulnerability and a generous dose of honesty and humor, Holly Chamberlain encourages and empowers others to find joy in every moment… even the impossible ones.
Holly is Regional Sales Director for a global pharmaceutical company and Founder of The aMasongrace Project, a suicide prevention organization. She is an advocate, speaker, and blogger. Her widely-read blog, “It’s Just Me” chronicled her journey of surviving suicide loss. Her latest endeavor, “Totally Enough,” is focused on empowering women of all ages to recognize their unique value, to walk in abundance, and to rest in the knowledge that they are already enough. As is.

Perfectly said. I love that you give yourself and others permission and grace to do and be what you and they need,, when it’s needed most. To know that it IS enough and that you ARE enough no matter how you need to do things especially during the holidays-is everything. Your wisdom and strength is contagious and absolutely empowers and arms those who need to hear these words most. I adore you and think you’re awesome. ❤️
Thanks, Amy. I adore you too. Thanks for checking on me throughout the week… and using my own words to comfort me. 🙂
Your words, as always, are profound and healing and just right❤️
Thank you, Stefanie. Huge hugs.
